1. Event Access and Participation
By purchasing a ticket or accessing the Cake City Fest website, you agree to comply with all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the organizers. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and location specified and are non transferable unless stated otherwise. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
2. Tickets, Changes, and Liability
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Cake City Fest reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, vendors, or experiences, or to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased. Attendees participate at their own risk and agree that the organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
3. Intellectual Property and Use of Media
All content, branding, and materials associated with Cake City Fest are the property of the organizers and may not be used without permission. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes, and grant Cake City Fest the right to use such media without compensation. Use of the website and event participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
