REFUND POLICY
1. Ticket Sales and Eligibility for Refunds
All tickets purchased for Cake City Fest are generally non refundable and non transferable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Refund requests made due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend will not be approved.
2. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
If Cake City Fest is postponed or canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified and may be offered a refund, credit, or ticket transfer to a future event, at the sole discretion of the organizers. In the case of minor changes such as schedule adjustments, vendor changes, or venue modifications, refunds will not be issued.
3. Processing and Limitations
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any service fees, processing fees, or third party charges may be non refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and its terms.
